Hi! I’m Kate,
I am the founder of Kate Zourkas Co. and host of the Mind Body Yay! Podcast. I am a Mindfulness & Self-care Coach and Educator, Yoga Teacher and Speaker and Corporate Consultant. I love teaching busy women, professionals and executives how to breathe a little easier through change and growth. Yes, it is possible with the right mindset, techniques and practices!
I have more than 20 years experience working in transformation, change management and human resources. In addition, I have always believed in the mind and body connection and after experiencing burnout multiple times in my life, I became a Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master and Self-care & Mindfulness Coach.
I work with busy women and professionals who are burning out and struggling with self-care or needing more balance, energy and regulation in their life.
